After owning my own home for years and hearing horror stories from others who rent I was nervous about going back to renting myself. I think I was lucky finding a place through SCRE as my experience the past two years has been excellent. My property manager Shirley has a knack for making inspections feel less intrusive while still doing what’s necessary. She also has a good relationship with the owner so any maintenance issues have been taken care of very quickly. Eg the hot water service died one Friday afternoon (it also happened to be her day off), but she had a plumber there only an hour later who put a temp service in, and they then returned Monday morning to put in a permanent replacement. That was super impressive.

I’d be very comfortable having Shirley manage my own property so whether you’re an owner or renter, I definitely recommend Shirley from South Coast Victor Harbor.

Husband & I found this holiday home in Hayborough thanks to South Coast Realty. Their agent Inge was most professional in ascertaining our need, and responding to our queries. We were provided with a choice of property within our budget and guess what? we had an awesome time. We had all the information we needed before time for our planning. On the day we reached Victor Harbor, we were given brochures of activities and places we can be visiting and complimentary chocolate! That made it all so very sweet ^O^ We had to extend our stay by 2 days in the end, and all of that was no trouble. We were met with lots of understanding, care and support.
