Unique & healthy deserts ! The Coconut tarts were quite unique and tasty apart from the Japanese style cheese cakes. Soy milk is also delicious and healthy (without sugar). Since the new owner took over 2 ? years ago, the new addition of menus and scale up seemed to work very well - Congrats !

The cheesecake, fresh from the oven, was an absolute delight. Its soft, velvety texture and amazing taste were simply irresistible. Each bite was a heavenly experience, with the warm cheesiness melting in my mouth. It's the perfect cheesecake and a true treat for the taste buds.

Always bought original cheesecake and egg tarts which are good. This time we tried chocolate cheesecake and we loved it as it wasn't too sweet but had a nice chocolate flavour! Ordered through phone and reply was prompt.

Love their coconut tarts and custard tart. Price for these are really reasonable! ($1.70-$1.90)
Crunchy tart case with fluffy coconut filling. Not too sweet either.

Ordered through Uber Eat. I really like the fluffy cheese cake and egg tarts! The texture and smell are both perfect, and they are not too sweet.

Bought here many times and they’re always the highlight of our party. My favourites are matcha, original and basque.

I phone in a couple times to order 8” cakes. The preparation was prompt and service was pleasant.

Lovely shop in the food court selling desserts and drinks, great value.

We had the egg tarts ($1.5 for original, $1.8 for pandan), pandan chiffon cake ($2.5), soy milk with brown sugar ($3.5 for regular size). Egg tarts wasn’t what we expected - the texture was jiggly and light like the ones at your yumcha place but the crust was rather crusty and not your usual puff pastry. The tarts aren’t overly sweet and balanced.

Chiffon cake was decent, could’ve had more pandan flavours. Soy milk was great too and you can adjust your sugar levels.

Will return!

I've mainly had their jiggle cake & egg tarts in the last 3yrs & it's always been consistently yum - especially when freshly baked
The shortbread tart base is one of the best - as per the last review by Jack, they do go soft if covered, but not if u eat it straight away at the time purchased or kept uncovered 🤗 otherwise 1min in the air fryer makes them taste just like they were freshly made again
As per the photos, I occasionally get their pandan egg tarts & coconut tarts, which is nice but not my 1st preference
I eat the medium jiggle cake to myself... had to share a photo before I finished it - they're just as good as Uncle Tetsu's but Jiggle Cheesecake is more moist whereas Uncle Tetsu's has a slightly smoother texture
I also like their Vanilla sponge cake - better than the bakeries in Chinatown that I grew up eating - just didn't get a chance to take a photo of the previous ones eaten

The cheesecake is light and fluffy. The egg tart fillings has a jelly-like consistency and the crust is more of a shortbread texture. Will definitely come back and try the burnt basque cheesecake.

My go-to for the tofu dessert.

First time - the Jiggle original cheesecake is absolutely fantastic- light as a feather!! The basque cheesecake just as good - will definitely be a regular!

I ordered a small original cheesecake.That was so soft. The sweetness is just right. That was delicious.
The staff was very friendly & their customer service was great.The outlet was so clean, neat & tidy.

Ordered the small original to try, it’s amazing! Taste great and it’s not overly sweet. Ideal for me. I saw the cake actually jiggles when it’s fresh out of oven.
Wish they have more menu such as drinks or hot food for winter etc.

I come by this place quite often and was always satisfied.
Egg/Pandan tarts are nice and crispy and very reasonably priced.
Fluffy jiggle cheesecake is very soft and smooth, but has a stronger egg taste, so personally for me they’re Basque Burnt Cheesecake is more my style as it has a stronger cheese flavour. Will be coming back more often.

The jiggle cheesecakes are sooo delicious with the perfect balance of lightness and jiggle! Beats other Japanese cheesecakes out there!

The Coconut Tart was perfect. Just sweet enough to enjoy the other flavours too.

Love the tarts so much. They were fresh, flavourful and just the right sweetness. Tofu pudding were delicious too with - silky texture and the brown sugar ginger syrup makes it super delish! Excellent service too despite them being busy! Worth the drive from the other side of Sydney.

Yummy cheesecake! If you like it fluffy, eat while warm.. If you prefer a more creamy texture, eat cold. Staff was also super friendly!
