The team at Killarney keep both of our cars ticking along quite nicely. I love the fact they call once they've checked over to let me know of any extra items they think need attention, and more importantly the cost, before going ahead with the work. Plus love that I always get a cheery greeting either on the phone or when coming into the shop.

I booked in as a first time customer for the diagnosis and replacement of AC compressor in my daughter’s car. I really appreciated the transparency of costs beforehand, and the excellent communication as the job progressed through the day. I would be very confident to use Killarney Autos again. And thank you for being able to fit us in so quickly - the AC is working beautifully now.

If I said service was terrible, would that mean I would get Killarny Autos all to myself? I cant lie, you guys are amazing. this is our 4th car we have had you do the servicing on and could not find fault EVER with the service, price or the speed in which it was done!
Also having the little car to borrow while ours is getting repaired is SUPER handy!

Been taking my cars here for years. Neil and the team provide a more personal experience where you can speak direct to the mechanic. Extra work is always discussed prior to starting. Very honest workshop. Job always done right without being ripped off. Would highly recommend. I like the courtesy car service.

Bought a second hand Triton ute which ended up having some issues, took it to Killarney Autos who sorted out the issues at a very competitive price. I have continued to use Killarney Autos for my regular services and have had other work done. Always found them to be friendly, professional and willing to explain any issues that have come up.

Bought a car from Killarney Autos and unfortunately experienced problems with it a few months later. Neil honoured his commitment to sort it out, despite it being past the statutory warranty period. Kudos to Neil and team at Killarney Autos for being honourable and providing a great service, my student son appreciates this very much. Wish more people and business were the same.
