What a refreshing change. So good to have a choice now apart from the other Radiology place in Kelmscott. Excellent staff, short waiting time, very professional and friendly radiographer and bulk billed. What is there not to love? Highly recommend!!!

The most friendliest and welcoming staff at the front counter I have EVER experienced.
Gemma and Faith looked after me for my procedure and were so lovely, comforting, and sweet. Explained every step to me during and after my procedure. Even remembered me from my previous visit which was so nice! I have never encountered this ANYWHERE else. Highly recommend and thank you ladies, you are just amazing!

Have been for a few images recently. First had a trainee sonographer who was great at putting you at ease, professional and took her time, and explained why she was getting additional support. Very happy.

Have gone back a 2nd time for procedure after imaging the week before. My only issue was being able to get an email copy of my results. (Couldn't get GP appt in the week between, meaning I would've had my procedure prior to seeing GP for results! Understand the need for most needing to see GP and have explaination, but sometimes a little leeway is needed)

Other than that the appointments have always been easy, staff put you at ease. The centre is clean and they do not keep you waiting at all which I really appreciate.

Wonderful centre, great customer service, and very professional sonographers. Would have been nice to be offered access to the images or given printouts after the scans were completed,

Clean and professional clinic. Should offer a female sonographer for female scans as not all women are comfortable with men in the rooms conducting the scans.
