Dr Luci Drake is an incredible GP- she is extremely caring, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide the best care. The reception staff are also very helpful!

All the staff I have interacted with are really friendly, especially the reception staff. The doctors and nurses are very understanding and kind. I feel comfortable discussing anything without fear of judgment. They have flexible opening hours as well which makes getting an appointment outside of my working hours much easier than other practices I have been to.

Extremely accommodating for my children. We have always recieved an appointment on the days my children have been acutely unwell.

The reception staff and GPs have always been polite and very caring to us all.

I am lost for words to describe the quality of care that the doctors at this practice have. It has taken most of my life to find a GP that I can rely on, and that actually listents to me rather then just throwing a script my way and consider that they have done a good job. Well done Jasper Medical!

I love the fact that they are open until 7pm and that they are close to the train station. It makes it very convenient to visit them. All the doctors I have enclosed here have been very nice so far.

Used to be a centre I would recommend but not now.
Recently had to ring them to find out why things were taking so long (1 hr wait)Apparent tech issues as they weren't in the office 😑 The same doctor then rings me 11/2 hrs early as he had a cancellation.. hmm ..Apparently medical certificates cannot be written Sat after having to take day off work as unwell.. Took nearly close to 1 month for friend to get records transferred as they have now left the practice..
Oh yeah do not expect your appointment to be anywhere near the time it is made for.

Had such high hopes for a solution to my 4 days of fever, vomiting and severe dehydration post heat exhaustion but left with NOTHING other than advice to keep doing what I was already doing...which wasn't working in the first place!!! Didn't even get the script I asked for twice to get my full bloods checked. Was told to come back in 3 weeks to get the paperwork for that. Why couldn't I get the paperwork for it now and do the test in a few weeks when I'm not dehydrated? Now I have to make another appointment in a few weeks time when I'm back at work. Money ploy!! I did not feel that the GP listened to me.
I'm back at square one feeling completely unsure of what to do. My temperature just increased even further since being at the GP with me continuing to do what I did before. Do I go to emergency?
