I would highly recommend this business. Mandy and John looked after me, A family run business that certainly goes above and beyond. Didn't try to rip me off, was up front and honest! Fixed in an amazing timeframe. Finally have trust in a mechanic. Very happy and very satisfied with the work and customer service.

G'day ! If you have read any of my reviews before you know I'm all for backing family business, well I have a good one for you today. As useral the car will do a straggled maggot at the worst possible moment. On a high way in peak traffic. So looking for some where to get me back on track I trusted my gut instinct and went with mas automotive. At a moments notice they accepted to help out,I had racq tow me to their shop. Above and beyond service and reasonable cost. They've got me out of trouble twice now.

Highly recommended. Mandy and John went above and beyond to help us out with affordable repairs to a Ford Probe, which no other garage in the area wanted to touch.

We would like to highly recommend MAS Automotive for any of your cars mechanical needs. We brought our car in with diagnostic issues. Both John and Mandy were so helpful and accommodating explaining the whole issue from wo to go. Initial issue was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours at a fair price. We had to return the vehicle to get John to fix a broken drivers side electric window regulator a couple of days later ( not related at anyway to initial mechanical diagnosis). It was late in the afternoon and we couldn't secure vehicle for my wife to get to work the next morning. They didn't have to but out of the goodness of their hearts they offered us use of their courtesy vehicle for work etc. Our vehicle was securely kept at MAS workshop while Mandy chased up part required to fix window and secure our vehicle. She couldn't get any original regulators and after market parts were difficult to source. Somehow she managed to locate the part and within 36 hours we were on our merry away. We highly, highly recommend John and Mandy for anything automotive related. John is so knowledgeable in the mechanical field. He diagnoses the problem quickly and efficiently and explains it in lay man's terms and at a very fair price

Nothing but praise for these guys... I've been through 3 other local mechanics since moving from another town, all missing something and it seemed like doing their job and working on my car was a pain.. 🤷 .. but these guys are easy to work with, honest, understanding and do quality work. It's good to find somewhere like this.

Great service and friendly owners. Many and John look after both of our cars when they need a little TLC and fixing. They won't rip you off by overcharging like others. They always tell you what needs to be done and leave the decision up to you as to what to do. Highly recommended A+

Very good customer service and car service. I did some minor service and they checked them all thoroughly, they informed me all the things they found about my car but also let me know which one is urgent and which one I can just get done for the next visit.. they understand their customer’s needs very well..

Our Ford Territory was towed there after RACQ couldn't get it started. They had the vehicle repaired in under 24 hours for a great price.

Background: We called the morning after being towed and informed them that the RACQ mechanic believed the starter motor was gone.

They rapidly repaired the starter motor for much less that I thought it would cost (previously all repairs / services done through Ford) and fixed our Transmission Pan for a good price which had been leaking for a number of months.

In addition they advised us of a number of small issues we may wish to look at in the future.

After dealing with a major dealership for the last 7 years in Ipswich, whom could not diagnose the problem with my car, Michael and his team at MAS fixed the problem and my car is like new again. The service from this Mechanical repair business was above and beyond. I will be trusting this company with servicing and repairing my car in future.

Check engine light came on as I was passing through town, dropped in to see Michael whom was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael drew me a quick diagram of the issue and explained what was happening in lamence terms. Was on my way again in 5minutes 😊
