I have been in health kick a few times and I only have one problem - the lady who was working today at 10am was a.. how should i say it without saying a bad word? .. hmmm unpleasant? Impolite? Nasty? ALL OF THE ABOVE.

I have been served by her a couple of times and both times she seems to have her knickers in a twist.. Look lady, if u hate ur job, QUIT, why ruin other peoples day with your sour looking face. Lets make this world a better place and be kind, smile and treat others with the same respect you expect from other people.

Searched on line for products on line for your outlet(I was a regular customer ) and went to Mandurah outlet to purchase . Your instore price for the products was a total of $15 more than on your website. Obviously I was disappointed. Your store attendant told me you sell at recommended retail and that was the reason for discrepancy ? I walked out and will now search on line for the same products at a cheaper price ,

Stood around looking high and low around the essential oils section fora good 10 mins. Not once did the woman at the counter offer to help. Went to Dusk instead and had 2 lovely staff help me. Missed out ended up purchasing a lot

I went into this Health food shop wanting a product called fluid away. Brought for $42.50. My curiosity got the better of me so I thought I would google the product, what a mistake. I WAS RIPPED OFF. Other pharmacies were selling this same product for $26.00 -$34.00.. the lady didn’t even offer any advise really. SO BUYER BEWARE!!

Both times I’ve been in and asked for help with searching for products and the lady has been very rude. Horrible customer service. Will avoid this shop in the future.
