Fantastic communication skills regarding extras required on me service. Took the time to explain what was wrong so I would understand before proceeding. Held my car overnight in the workshop with no complaints. Exactly how you’d imagine good customer service.

Impressed with the service, advise & loved the video showing the issues with my car I had no idea of. So glad I got my car serviced here they did the best job and explained everything in detail. I feel so much safer having the work done to my car. Thanks Guys

Joe, Cameron and team fixed a roo damaged radiator and aircon condenser on my RAV4. They worked through their lunch break to get it finished so I could get to my DIDO job. Awesome effort and commitment to the customer ...very much appreciated.

My air con failed. I took it to A/Masters Ellenbrook to repair.
The manager Joe, contacted me early with diagnosis and a quote to replace unit.
It was very reasonable and competitive, including replacing belts, cabin filter and other stuff.
His staff was able to replace it on the same day and it works brilliantly.
Thanx to Joe and his staff for their friendly professional and excellent customer service. I’ll be using them again and highly recommend them.

Good Evening auto Masters Ellenbrook first thank you very much to Cameron under the circumstance this morning lines where down an unable to process payment an with a very warm day was not going to good on all staff working, not only working on our family car but other clients as well,I received a call while having lunch at at the Ellenbrook shopping centre an Joe was able to give full details of what is required knowing I had a budget,an was able to tick of there is a few more items I'll be having work carried out buy the the great team at AUTO Masters Ellenbrook, I had previously travelled pritty far where I had purchased the vechile, cost I understand but Cameron and Joe was able to put a price I was very pleased with the professionalism buy auto Masters was blown away with, we been local for a long time and buy supporting local and to have this experience my wife and I will returning and Cammeron Joe and the team at AUTO Masters Ellenbrook 5 thumbs up well done have a safe an pleasant weekend 😊.

Absolutely amazing, super friendly and easy to talk to, great communication alwasy updated me about my car and showed great care into the work they were doing. I saw a great difference from when I handed in my car to when I received it and I was amazed it drove like new, worth every cent of service and not only that but when I picked up my car it was cleaned up looking nice. Definitely my regular and first choice much appreciated.

The guys here have done an amazing job helping me out. They have been open and honest, got my car back up and running and communicated with me the whole way. My car still have a bit to go and they will definitely be the ones I take it too to get it there.

The team at Auto Masters Ellenbrook exceeded my expectations. My car had a lot of work done and the guys talked me through every step. They were professional, courteous and extremely clean. This is my first visit as we are new to the area. They will be my “go-to” mechanics from now on. My car is running like it’s brand new !

Had a service on my V8 recently, these guys have the friendliest staff and the best customer service I’ve had at a mechanic. They had the best price in the area and they provide a video report of the vehicle. I had even asked if the vehicle could be returned by 11:30 if possible, and they had that done with no problem at all, even with an extra job on top of my service. They also called and discussed with me what other jobs they could fit within my timeframe and budget.
I won’t be going to any other mechanics, Automasters Ellenbrook are legends 👌

Joe and the team were Awesome helped me out a lot especially me not knowing much about cars I took my car in they inspected it got back to me ASAP with price done the work quickly so I could get back on the road definitely recommend and will definitely be back

There was smoke coming from my engine bay, so booked it in to find out what was wrong. There was an oil leak, and CD a laundry list of other problems. Parts were required, not simple in a 20 year old European car. Joe and Cameron kept me fully informed of what was happening with my vehicle, did their best to get the car back to me (earlier than expected, made Christmas a lot easier) and the cost of parts and repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely be a return customer. 100% recommend

I was extremely happy with the service and very competitive price. I got booked in very quickly compared to other business in the area. When the vehicle was dropped off I was told it was an all day job but got a call 5 hours later saying the job was complete. Recommend and will definitely going back when I need work done.

I have always used Automasters to service my car. There is nothing that is a problem with Joe, Cameron & the Team. From taking me home while they are servicing my car to picking me up after.
