Mt Claremont settlements completed my property settlement in January. I was extremely
impressed with how easy they were to deal with. Paperwork and forms are not my strong point, but they provided clear and easy steps for the documentation to be completed for the settlement and mortgage discharge processes. The documentation portal to communicate and upload documents was great, much better than mailing or sending emails back and forward and easy to view everything in one place. They also represented my interests firmly with other parties on the structural property report and condition report. Would recommend them highly as an agency that works in the best interests of their clients. 👍👍

If we could give 6 stars, we would! Belinda and the team have managed a number of settlements for our family over the years. Although it has been a fair while since my husband and I last settled a property using Mt Claremont Settlements, we did not hesitate to appoint them again to handle our recent property settlement based on the amazing service we have had in the past. This time did not disappoint - the same professional, efficient and great service that we've always had.
