Went in today was only customer in the shop and worker couldn’t say hello let alone offer any assistance! How do people like this get a job ! If I get no assistance I walk out the store

I was very disappointed today. On the website it says the store closes at 4:30pm. I raced down after work to return some online items. The store attendant was closing the store at 4:14pm. I asked her if they were closing and that your website says 4:30pm. She said, No we close every day at 4:15pm as we need 15 minutes to count the till. Not great when your website says one thing and your store attendant has no empathy on your rush to get there. Not impressed!

I then returned on Sunday to see if return could be done but the lady at the store couldn’t as she doesn’t work at that store often. She was lovely but it’s very frustrating when I have had two bad experiences with this store. Terrible customer service.

Bit disappointed that the Victor Harbor store was closed today at 3.30 when I went there for the sale. Spent $95 there earlier in the day, went back and it was shut.
