Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar are a great pizza maker. As there saying goes "they want to make pizza to feed all of your senses". Out of the pizzas we have had we would have to say that this is true. Ordering line is a breeze, and is our preferred way to order

Called the store yesterday after work while driving, the girl who took the order over the phone was very polite and very helpful understanding that I am driving and I cant look up the menu and deals properly. When I went to pick up my order, her customer service was absolutely outstanding.
Pizzas were nice and hot as well as tasty. definitely one of the best Crust Franchises around.

We just got our pizza. They were incredibly busy so they took 1 hours to deliver. But the pizza was so delicious that we were even mad! They were absolutely perfect. We love crust because they take more care when making their pizza so that every slice has what it should on it. Keep up the great work guys!

Ok so tonight I ordered a pick up crust supreme. First things first the young lady on the phone was so very polite and helpful.
Then when I did enter the store, the same young lady I presume ( she definatly sounded like the same person) greeted me with a smile, gave me my order, then did something I've never seen before.......she ran around the counter and opened the door for me..
I must say, I was so happy with my experience with crust pizza ellenbrook that I could not possibly go else where for my pizza kudos to you guys in the store. Also thr pizza was awsome and 🔥

Cant believe this is the first time having crust pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The cheese Jalapeño scrolls were amazing.
The only con is I couldn’t see any offers/combo’s for delivery so our order was quite expensive. But as they say, you get what you pay for. Will definitely order from crust again. 😊

Crust is my favourite pizza, but tonight it was on another level! Great service from the blonde lady at the counter (didn't get her name) and the pizza was even better than it usually is! Btw we are the couple with the Dog :)

Ordered Thursday night and OMG the best customer experience I have ever had. You seriously went above and beyond your job description. Whomever was on Thursday just gone, thank you, thank you, thank you. Whomever the artist is- you have serious talent and to the person (if not the same) wise words and exactly what I needed to hear. Down the the Menulog delivery driver also who pulled up at the same time my husband was getting home and made sure that I got the cookies. I have never eaten pizza with such a smile on my face. You have a customer for life and the memory you created for me will make me smile every time I see you logo. Im not a cookie fan but Chipfaced Cookies are the next level and thoroughly enjoyed. I work for a massive, Australia wide, company, and I have shared my experience with them and it is spreading through the company. I will try and find your Employer's email to contact them directly- everyone involved should be employees of the year. Thank you again and keep being FABULOUS :-)

CRUST Pizzas Ellenbrook when you first walk in the door you are greeted with a smile, great customer service.
Great variety on menu, Once you purchase, open box the presentation alone says it all, then taste and indulge in pizza you know you have fresh, quality gourmet pizza and the sides are just as good freshly baked herb & garlic bread. Yum Yum Yum!

Best pizza in ellenbrook. Pizza is always hot and friendly customer service. Peri-peri chicken pizza is our favourite.

They have always had great tasting pizzas but their service is exceptional. They went over and above for my mom's birthday.
