Went there on Easter Weekend(Saturday) very helpful staff, we recieve really good services from a lady staff with pony tails. She was particular helpful assisting us finding the required size shoes. Made our in store experiences all that much better. Great prices/value for moneys too when items are on sale. Handy location + massive lines of latest choices(see my photos).

Staff were helpful, nice. I am gonna give 6 🌟 for staff. What a team. Plenty variety of shoes and sports wear. But there is not swims wear. Hi store manager, i think music is way too loud, could not communicate with my partner properly cause of the music. At the moment, this JD is one of my favourite than other branch in Sydney

Great customer service. My wife thought she lost her phone and the whole team helped look for it. We did end up buying 2 pairs of sneakers. Thanks guys!

i went here for last min christmas shopping and despite the amount of people i got served straight away by a lovey girl and was done shopping very quick, the cashiers are so nice also!!

Although it was very busy for last minute Christmas shopping, was happy with the help I got. The manager was very friendly and served me with respect. Appreciate it.

Footlocker recommended we come here to get some hi top sneakers. We weren’t disappointed and ended up with some Jordan basketball shoes. Convenient location right at the Sydney Tower end of the Pitt St Mall. We got great assistance from the young man who served us patiently - he really knew his stuff! Have to say the same too, for the guy at Footlocker who sent us here!!
All the rest of the hi tops were just fashion, we needed shoes with ankle support. Only $170 and the place was PACKED with customers!! Absolutely mind boggling variety or brands, colours, styles, variations of just shoes but what about all the OTHER STUFF!! Better be focussed!! Very efficient and speedy pickup & payment, check out, you sure as eggs won’t pick up the wrong stuff because they get you to take a photo of it before they whisk it away to the checkout area!! Well worth a visit.

Large selection of branded clothes and trainers, was pretty happy with all the stuff I saw. The place is quite busy though, so try and come at earlier times.

After a not-so ideal experience in a previous shoe store, I was greatful to experience excellent customer service at JD. Multiple staff members offered their help, and despite being close to closing took the time to assist me. Thank you team for your assistance.

Great selection of name brand fitness clothing. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I am an older person and I'm not kidding some store service people look down on older customer. This is not the case here. Very competitive prices too. Check it out.

Not a bad range of shoes! Didn’t have the ones I was looking for but that’s all good! The staff where nice and helpful and the music is good!

Very busy store but the staff are still very helpful. They have a good inventory checking software on their Ipad where they can check stock availability without having to go to back of the store.

Pretty busy but staff are real nice. Walked in 15 minutes before closing but still managed to walk away with what I’m looking for.

Great customer service from Tristan. But turn the volume of the music down, I can barely hear anything. It's a shoe store, not a club.

They have great bargains on big labelled sports shoes and often have great sales. Really worth a visit
