Always seems to have a spot when you need one, just check to see if you need to purchase a ticket whilst there

Complete rip off..used to be free to park there..now you have to pay..WHY..ticket machine are hard to see with the glare of the sun.if you can park elsewhere,do it..don't give em your money..shame on you victor harbour council

I didn't see the ticket machines or signage. As a parent unfamiliar with the area looking after small children they are easy to miss. I was fined, wrote an email to the council apologizing, describing all the money I spent on local tourist attractions and offered to pay a smaller fine to cover the parking cost. There were lots of free parks. There were high vehicles parked which I suppose blocked my view. I thought that the council could be lenient for a visitor intending to support Victor Harbour's tourism industry regularly but since they couldn't I won't be returning. There are many busier nicer beaches in and closer to Adelaide with free parking I will go to instead.

And you'll get a parking ticket if you don't pay for a parking ticket! Not very welcoming for visitors!
