Breathtaking views along the coastline. Several hikes and surf beaches to visit. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for some time in nature

Beautiful spot. Not a soul in sight today. Coastal Cliff walk is definitely a must see, plenty of local flora and great view of geology from the cliff top. Walking SA listed this as a four hour hike and we managed it in under two with a stop for snacks and photo opportunities. Very happy to see no signs rubbish of human interaction other than footprints .

Great spot for camping or even just a day trip picnic. There's toilet facilities and plenty of shade. The beach is amazing, but the water can get pretty rough.

Plenty of unallocated campsites (just choose a spot that works for you) and heaps of parking. About $20ish per car per night but no caravans or trailers). We couldn't get any phone coverage in the park (not even Telstra), so book ahead of time (but you can get it back on the main road or down at the beach. There are flushing toilets and rain water (boil before use) plus BBQ facilities. Rangers were onsite daily (and volunteer host staying at the entrance of the park) that checked in with us and informed us about the extreme weather and potential closure of the park due to fire danger. Great cliff top walk from the camp, and close to a beach where there were plenty of people fishing. Would recommend the site's off to the side of the larger ground as they are a bit nicer (closer to the BBQ facilities and road into the park can get a bit noisier, but we found them to be nicer). We overheard people commenting on how busy it was when we were there, and we had no issue finding a campsite. Bins available throughout grounds too. Saw lizards and kangaroos during 2 night stay. Would recommend to bring your warm clothes for overnight, middle of summer was about 11 degrees. Plenty of shade and trees for hammocks and solar showers

The Heysen trail from King's Beach to Waitpinga rock climbing area was well maintained and a nice hike with stunning views. The approach to the Cepholapod rock climbing area is difficult and unforgiving, and should always be done with a partner.

Short walk over the hill down to the beach. There is a historic hut and picnic and toilet facilities in the camp grounds and plenty of spaces to pitch a tent a short walk from the car parks.

Great place to get away and explore nature. Unfortunately the whole conservation park is unfriendly to dogs which is such a shame. Amazing walks a scenery.

The walk between Balquhidder and Waitpinga is just stunning. I was lucky to see surfers and dolphins surfing the water together. Amazing and different rock structures. A must do walk

Cool little beach and great natural parkland. Camping could be a little crowded in busy season though.
