Meet The Greek Restaurant

Lovely deep restaurant that gets you off the busy street. It was buzzing with people and lovely atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, took our drink order early and checked on us numerous times.
The food had large portions and was all excellent. We also had bread and dip while we waited for our meals.

Booked our daughters christening 40 plus people, service was impeccable. Large servings of food and every dish was delicious. Thank you for making our daughter day such a special one.

Super busy Greek place on the main strip of Brighton Le Sands. The place is pretty small so I highly recommend making a booking in advance on a Friday. We got their Chicken Skewers and Fish of the day. Both items are very nice! Definitely on the pricier side, but I would return to try some of their other dishes. They also had live music which enhanced the experience.

Meet the Greek is an amazing restaurant!! The food and wine selections are delicious with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. All the staff are wonderful especially Nick and Binu are always professional and provide outstanding customer service. The ambience is great!! If you enjoy Greek food and are Greek it’s difficult to get good quality you’re used to at home or in Greece. This place though nails it!

Went there and tried almost everything from the set course as well as additions.

Went in a group of 8 and the accommodation for a large or small group is perfect.

Great atmosphere and food, and if you’re learning Greek all the staff seemed to have spoken it!

Highly recommend and will come back soon once I feel homesick again!

A recent Sunday lunch visit to Meet The Greek left is feeling so very satisfied and happy. As a Greek, who gets to eat Greek food at home all the time, I rarely go out to Greek restaurants. But I am glad I did on this particular Sunday. The service is fabulous. Food is yummy with generous servings sizes. Atmosphere is very relaxed. Overall a fantastic place which I highly recommend. Only downside is that parking is a nightmare in Brighton. My partner is in a wheelchair, and it’s really annoying to see soooo many disability spots taken by “people who are taking their elderly parents to local restaurants”. But this has NOTHING to do with the restaurant. Just a heads up to be prepared for the parking…

The food was very good, came out quick. I loved the decor, it felt like you were in Greece, i felt like i experienced the culture through the food and atmosphere of the restaurant.

This place has improved, which is rare for a restaraunt. Went with a large group for a Sunday lunch and chose the banquet option. A very generous serving of food (as Greek food should be!) and quality was great - tasted authentic and couldn't fault any of the choices. The only problem was an incorrect billing but they agreed to refund me after I paid which I am very grateful for. Will be back very soon for my birthday dinner!

Amazing live Greek band, amaaazing food and amazing service. Food came very quickly, and was so authentic and delicious. We also received a glass of wine on the house! Lovely owner and staff. Make sure to book but they take walk-ins too

Fantastic food and great evening if you go on a Friday night! The Octopus and Kontosouvli are the winners on the menu.

Pasta is also a great option for mains. This place never disappoints for Greek food and is worth the stop by. Beware parking is a punish but that is the area, not the restaurant

Best Greek Food in town. I really felt like I was transported to the Greek Islands tonight. They really know how to look after their customers with great service. They suprised my kids with icecream & my grandmother with a birthday dessert suprise.

Good Greek restaurant in Brighton, service was good, the restaurant itself felt homely and the food was nice and fresh.

Celebrated my sister in law's 60th birthday here.
The manager was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Had my mother's walker with us but he had no problem accommodating space for it.
The waitress that served us which was on the 12th March a Monday night was great also another waitress was lovely and friendly with blonde hair I've forgotten their names. She was lovely
I also gave them a birthday cake to put away untill later on in the evening.
When we were ready they brought it to the table turned off the lights and played music and all the staff came and sang Happy Birthday with us to my surprised sister in law.
The food and taste was out of this world , the atmosphere was wonderful and was very busy for a Monday night.
Would recommend this place highly but I think it was the two waitresses that were so welcoming and so helpful that I would go back. Hard to find top service like this . Definately will go again.

My favourite Greek restaurant! Traditional Greek food that's tastes devine! Heavenly! Perfect Greek atmosphere. Greek music and happy vibe! Great host too! What more could you want!?

Place looked nice! Music was a bit loud inside so we sat outside and they turned on the heater for us. Having dinner there made my day!! We are only here in Australia for 5 days and this is probably my favorite place. We had the Lamb cutlets and some kind of fish. I loooved the lamb and everything in it! Staff was nice too.

Customer service was awesome,welcomed by a lady with big smile and very friendly.
Food was beyond explanations. The lamb meat was very tender,juicy and soft. Very well cooked and marinated.
The portion was very generous (300gr) and was more than enough for one hungry male.
A bit pricey but that’s totally justifiable because of food quality,having the port view and nice environment

We celebrated my sister's birthday, and the food was truly exceptional. The restaurant has a charming ambiance, and I highly recommend it. Our waiter, Leo, delivered impeccable attention and service throughout our visit. The customer service was outstanding—I've never felt so welcomed; they made us feel at home.
