Great cafe. Loved the food and coffee. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We really liked the atmosphere here, had a nice vibe to it.

An amazing place for breakfast for vegans! We had a wonderful wholesome bowl, fruit bowl with extras, an peanut butter fudge. Not to mentioned delicious coffees. I highly recommend this place.

If you're driving through Parkes and need somewhere to stop for breakfast or lunch, this would be a great stop. I very much appreciated the smoothie bowl after a Christmas holiday of over indulgence. Very tasty and lovely setting for a break. If you've got your own keep-cup bring it for the coffee.

I was greeted by a very friendly young lady and ordered freshly made wraps which were delish. I also purchased some gluten free and non GF sweetie snack size treats which were really good. Snickers balls and peanut butter slice as well as the cherry and coconut slice(non GF) OMG! Mmmmm!

Great selection of healthy eating options not usually found in a rural town, complimented by a small selection of organic goods to take home.
Highly reccommend trying a freshly made smoothie from the large list of options. "Daily grind" coffee smoothie was perfection in a cup!

Stopped off in Parkes whilst on a long journey. Wanted a nice fresh lunch while our little boy played in the park. Wholesome blend came through with delicious wraps for me and my husband, something low carb high protein for my MIL and a toastie for the little boy. Food was fab and fresh. Coffee was great. Highly recommend.

Warm, welcoming really friendly staff, even at 6am nothing was too much trouble. They even went out of their way to help load everything into the car. Great selection of delicious hot and cold eats and drinks, AMAZING coffee 👌 Just what we needed, great start to the day.. thank you 😊

Randomly stopped here for a brekky while travelling...YUMY omelet and great coffee, and friendly people. Cute inside as well. Very cozy. Well worth dropping in to.

Oh my god! What a find!!!! We sipped here after a big drive, for the best food and an amazing cup of coffee ( and we are fussy!)
The kids had a little corner to play, it’s clean and the shop has really nice sustainable foods and items- 5 stars!!!

No sure why this is the best coffee I've ever had. But it was amazing. Might have been the four shots of coffee in it. And great taste

Lots of options for gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free etc. They use milk lab milk, happy days!

I always enjoy going here the coffee is magnificent and the girls are even more fantastic. Service and quality is 10/10 won't go anywhere else for coffee ☕
