Professional timely and flexible team

I requested the results of my exams, they were done on 05/14. The doctor promised photos and videos at the appointment, arriving at the appointment he had nothing, the Roxby Downs Doctors Sugery clinic, contacted Precision Radiology 19/05, and they were to send. It is already the second email and I have no answer. The exam was not done for free, it was paid, the minimum is respect in answering the email, and sends. What was sent were 4 or 5 photos by cell phone, but this was not the deal, the doctor who did the ultrasound said he would send it. And another one on the day of the consultation, neither the TV was working.
