Wife injured her ribs late on a Friday night requiring a ambulance and the 2 nurses at the hospital were excellent.

Can't thank this hospital enough for there amazing care of my hubby bret last night the nursing staff are absolutely amazing and the Ambulance drives who took the time to back and check on him today you guys rockthank you all once again for your care regards jackie &, bret😘

Imagine having a doctor tell a 9 year old, with a broken and dislocated toe, to stop crying or he won't help her. Imagine then having to take her to a different doctor and putting her through it all again because the doctor didn't put the dislocation back. To top it off the nurses knew it wasn't right, and the doctor didn't listen, just had a tantrum that he was called in on a Sunday.

The nurses were lovely, but disappointed with the doctors terrible bedside manner and lack of care.

Our child had some Vomiting we went to Yorktown hospital. The staff response was positive and helping but one thing was shocking for me that they didn’t had anything working to check the babies heartbeat. I couldn’t believe as I know Australia is a developed country while
I would say our experience in
Armidale NSW was amazing but here it’s very disappointing for me. Overall staff response positive and satisfactory but the instrument stuff made me to feel unsafe and unsatisfactory.
On different day 7th of October 2023 adding one more experience I’m having sore throat, body aches shivering coughing high fever and went to emergency did swab test and it’s day 4 still waiting for swab test results and now my son is sick again but can’t say until I receive my swab test results and they are asking one day more to get results.
The SA government must focus on their regional health systems they are providing even worse than 3rd world countries.
Very sad they don’t look after their regional health system.
