Had a great experience with good food. Staff were very friendly! Gave great recommendations on the choices of food that would better suit the taste of our group.

The owner's daughter also enthusiastically asked the children in our group if they wanted to colour and draw together with her.

One of our most interesting and memorable experience in Perth for sure.

Get take-out and dine-in here regularly. Great food, fair prices and friendly service. Have sampled most dishes and never disappointed.

Great food, service is a little lacking but they make up for it in quality and politeness.

My favourite are the BBQ pork buns(they are the best I've found in Perth), one time I paid and left to go shopping intending to come back in 10 minutes to pick them up, well I forgot about them and weeks later the owner recognised me and offered me free bbq pork buns whenever!

Had takeaway from KK Rice-N-Tea for the first time tonight, lovely food. Was almost put off by some reviews but glad we chose to give them a try anyway. Food was delicious, ready really quickly and we will definitely use this restaurant again.

Great little gem tucks away in a small shopping centre. Five of us totally enjoyed both the food and service. My 12 and 10 years old son and daughter absolutely enjoyed the Kway Teow and Salt and Pepper Squid so much we have to order second serving!

By far the best Chinese restaurant in the Kalamunda hills, be adventurous and try dishes outside of the usual fare and you will be rewarded. Just a warning, if a dish is marked spicy it will be HOT just as it should be, enjoy!

Had lunch. My second visit. My friend's first. Very impressed with staff. Food was delivered quickly, hot, delicious. Not overly expensive. Will go back again.

I ordered the beef rendang, the duck with sprouts, tofu, chicken chow mein, fried rice and roast pork. The duck and the rendang were outstanding. All the food was flavoursome and had lovely fresh veggies that were not over cooked. The food is Singaporean style. We really enjoyed it and the delivery was hot and on time. I’ll definitely order again from here.

I have just recently been to this restraunt and it is amazing, the food is great the best Chinese food I have ever tasted especially the honey duck and this stirfy type noodles. Also something that stood descretly out to me was thisexcellent young waiter that is called Carl. Seriously it is not often were you see a young waiter that is as polite and useful as this one. I condradulate all the staff to this restraunt and it 100% deserved my 5/5.

I have enjoyed a large range of vegetarian dishes that taste fantastic. Family business with some lovely staff who are always pleasant and believe in the quality of their product. Do recommend to my VEGETARIAN friends.

The restaurant is not big, but it tastes very good. Clerk is very enthusiastic

I've been coming here for about a year, and over time it's become one of my favourite food and drink places in the area - the staff are lovely, the food is delicious, and the drinks are amazing, especially the lemon iced tea. It's a wonderful little restaurant run by good people, and I highly recommend visiting here at least once <3

Come to visit the hills, I found the food and staff service to be good, I tried mongolian lamb, honey prawns, mixed vegetables, sweet and sour pork,fried rice, fried chicken wings, not overpriced,well done!!

HIDDEN GEM❤❤❤Best chicken fried rice since I went to China!!! Honestly, based on the location I was sceptical. Glad I took a chance. You have a customer for life!
