Perfect place to bring your kids for a swim.

Great little man made beach for young kids. No big waves and not overly deep in close. Not ideal for snorkeling as the bottom gets stirred up. Seats, shade and toilet facilities nearby.

Entering the Encounter Lakes, taking a newly bought second hand Kayak Condor. I passed through the CM Thorpe Reserve

Excellent experience to kayak along inside the Encounter Lakes and to also see the CM Thorpe Reserve

Shallow sandy beach about 2.2m deep at middle. Great place to launch kayak. Toilet facilities and cafe nearby.
