We were looking for a nice place to go SUP’ing between Christmas and New Year’s Eve, this location was perfect!
This park, open grass space with lovely gardens, was ideally for us. There was lots of shade, wide open grass area to prepare/set up out SUP, there were even steps that had been landscaped into the edge on the lake. It goes to show that some quality thought was out into this space when it was first designed.
The park seemed to be very well maintained, all the native plants seemed to be doing very well, and the lawn looked very healthy and managed!
Space is dog friendly, our dog loved it!

All the locals that we passed on the water were also very friendly.
