I've bought literally tens of thousands of $'s over 25 years from supercheap all over Australia.
For the first time ever, I returned a Toolpro generator 2200 watt 8 weeks after purchase. Grant at supercheap Port Lincoln took the generator with a smile, said he'd check it out.
Turns out the dust in my paddocks where I use it everywhere, yes - extremely windy & dusty every day with 35-45 kph winds, had clogged the air filter. Without asking anything, Grant & another cleaned my generator, cleaned the spark plug & with genuine advice explained affects of dust where I actually live as they know the area where I am. I've always had big deisel generators so am unaware how the open paddock could affect it in 8 weeks.
Grant then wouldn't accept anything for what was essentially a "service" I should have had performed myself by someone.
Can't say enough about supercheap, no matter where in Australia.
Thanks again Grant, yes lol I'll buy a spark plug when in Lincoln next.
