This transaction was done over the internet. Very smooth and seamless for all the process.... EXCEPT....

THE DEALERSHIP ARRANGE THE TRANSPORT. When I picked up the vehicle, he was absolutely filthy (not too concerned about that), how about I was asked to sign vehicle was in damage free condition. it was absolutely impossible to tell what the condition of the vehicle was under all the dirt and dust. As a result, once the vehicle was taken straight to the car shop and clean, I found that the side drivers mirror was damaged and needed replacing. It turned out to be a $500 process. The dealer made a token effort by offering a replacement part if it was not too much cost, however it turned out to be a lot more and withdrew the offer. They also would not part with any cash to put towards replacement mirror.
this could have all been avoided if they had of organised the vehicle to be cleaned after interstate delivery, so the owner can sign for vehicle and make a proper assessment.

I'll keep this as short as possible, It's my 10th or so purchase of a vehicle, It was a Colorado. I was told it had log books, On the test drive he said it was owned by a farmer who would sometimes do there own services.

I brought the vehicle, understanding it had books but didn't look as it was via a dealership, I got home "back to Adelaide" to find absolutely no books in the glove box, I rang up and they said they were there and forgot to put them back in the vehicle, And that I'd get them posted down to me.

A week or so went by, and I find they've sent me a completely brand new book with no info on past drivers, no service history, nothing...

A couple months go by, I haven't done anything other than general driving and had the 150,000km service to do.

The shop told me all all sorts of stuff underneath was broken, About 4 different places were leaking, the leaf springs? i think they call them? were in very poor condition and were broken.

Ended up having to pay $3000 for Repairs and was told I was better off selling it which I did.

Don't bother with this company unless you're a local and specifically ask 4 or 5 times and see it with your own eyes the info you're asking.

The service part of things went smoothly, and they where helpful with the sale, But to sell a car that was completely baby'd and only about a month and a half later have all this damage under it, they'd have had to know..

Just be cautious with the company.. I'm not sure if I was ever able to receive money back off this or not though.
