Emergency Denture Repairs Joondalup

Thankyou, finally a good dentist.

Went to see these guys last year for a repair. Was told I had to wait for the repair because I wasn't repairing my car it was "for my health" and couldn't allow anyone else to drop off or pick up my denture. I thought it was odd but complied. But instead of "waiting" for my repair, I was pulled into a room with the clinician where I spent an hour and a half being pitched on a surgery I had no interest in, and didn't need. I was told that when my denture cracked I was in danger of swallowing bits of acrylic and "going septic" where they would find me in ER. I was made to feel as though not having this surgery, which was cosmetic and cost over 25k, would affect my looks and opportunities for me because "opportunities come to good looking people". When I said I didn't want the surgery and I didn't have 25k for the surgery anyway, I was told that he would give me a certificate stating medical necessity so I could pull it from my super! Not only did this cost twice what any other denture repair would charge, but I left feeling awful about myself with no intention of ever getting a repair from this mob again. I wouldn't have left a review, except a year later, my denture cracked... I remembered the poor experience but not the name of the place... until I rang to get an appointment for denture repair. I spoke on the phone to someone who was incredibly rude, must have been one of the other clinicians. I was told I couldn't drop off my denture, I had to stay while they repaired because I wasn't dropping off my car, this was "for my health" and proceeded with the same rubbish about cracking my denture and swallowing bits of acrylic and going septic.
