The sales assistant (Josh) was extremely helpful in so many different ways, and was incredibly friendly the whole time. Even in the chaos of Christmas shopping, he didn't hesitate to go out of his way to help as though it was no trouble at all. The guy seriously deserves a promotion or something because I truly believe that he's an asset to the store. Cheers man.

The service we received from Liam today was second to none. Shopping for a suit for my dad, Liam listened and was able to help with what we needed. He offered to have the hem taken up on the pants within a couple of hours. This made the whole process seamless (unintentional pun). While the prices were great, exceptional customer service should be acknowledged and I would have no hesitation recommending Connor in Joondalup because of the service we received. Thank you Liam!

I have bought many suits from this store and have had great customer experience every time. A special thanks goes to Anastasia who helped me with sourcing two suits including alterations in a very timely manner. She was really friendly and extremely helpful even though it was really busy. I bought a new suit and it was amazing! Had awesome customer service from Taryn and I couldn't have been happier. They also have some of the nicest casual jackets!

I love the clothes at this store. Though I'm female I love their jackets!!! The staff are so lovely to. I would recommend them, when theres a sale on you can get good quality clothes for a great price
