Auto Masters Yarrabilba

I have been using auto masters for the past number of years.
They are absolutely brilliant. I'm so impressed with their services. They follow up & send videos of any issues they find, which is fantastic. The guys keep you informed every step of the way.
All the staff are so happy & very helpful, nothing is an issue for them.
They are a great bunch of people providing a high standard of service.
Pricing is very reasonable to boot!
I totally recommend them for sure.

As always, it never goes to plan. They went out of their wY to make it all happen. My pride and joy was fixed and finished with a few extra problems solved. Thanks to Luke, who did the work.

Matt and the guys are wonderful! Love how they explain everything with a video when they service your car, very easy to understand what needs to fixed etc moving forward.

Automasters was able to fit my job in on short notice, and finish it promptly. They charged me less than they quoted which was much appreciated.

I had a complete engine failure and was devastated.
I spoke with Jason and Matt and they came up with some sound advice and we went that way.
Once it was completed and road testing Mick sent me an informative video to indicate progress.
I will be getting all my mechanical work done here from now on.
Once again thank you guys for everything.

Had my annual service done with them recently - staff were very friendly to approach and easy to ask questions to. They were very clear and communicative about what was needed through text and video. Did all the basics, and checked before replacing new items. Didn't try to oversell me products or servicing. pricing was fair. Will be coming back :)

Absolutely amazing service. Have just moved to the area and the car broke down. Had it towed and they had the alternator replaced on the same day good to go. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend this mechanic.

All items were listed and detailed and prices were discussed upfront clearly. The car service itself was done well and the report provided was again very detailed and clear. Great shop! It’s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this shop has one of the best in Brisbane, Don Manson, who I have been using for well over 2 decades! 10/10 would recommend as he's very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. He has experience in many makes and models. Very professional, very helpful & has great prices. Will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend without reservation.

I went in to the see the team a Yarrabilba after having had a horrible (and an expensive) experience at a competitors service centre, closer to home. I left the competitors service centre with a whole new problem with my car that wasn't there when I drove in, then I got a ridiculously expensive quote to replace my gearbox.
Fast forward to the boys at Automasters, I dropped it in at 9am, they were in the phone to me soon after, with a spot on diagnosis of my car problem (which wasn't my gearbox). They gave me a quote, which I accepted, they ordered the new parts had them installed and ready for me to drive home by COB. I can not recommend these guys enough, true gentlemen, and unlike other so called "mechanics" these guys at Yarrabilba, know what they are talking about. I will be taking all my cars to Auto Masters Yarrabilba.

After taking my sons brand new car here a few months ago, solely due to them being up the road, and the customer service, information and knowledge I received was exceptional customer service. I even called them from the dealership a few weeks later to ask them what I needed to say and he ran through everything again for me.
So I dropped my car in for a service. A few hours later I get a text message with a video of my car being serviced explaining to me what needs to be done. So I called and they ran through the list of most important to least to help me with my budget. Safe to say, I’m converted!!

Highly recommend Don at Auto Masters! Will be going here for all my mechanical needs from now on. When I find a honest and up front business I stay. Great friendly experience that builds trust! I count on my car for work so reliability is important, but more importantly its also my family car, so knowing it’s in perfect running order gives me piece of mind knowing my 11mth old is a safe as she can be

Can not recommend enough! After moving interstate, i was nervous to find a decent mechanic. I found automasters and honestly so glad I did!

Their customer service is fantastic! Matt was honest with me and told me exactly what my car needed. He gave me quotes for that service and even for the next service so I roughly knew how much I would be up for next round.

There was no hidden things when I went to pick up my car, and my car run smoothly with no issues.

We have been back twice including for my husband car and now always recommended to others who ask.
