What a great spot to stop! Freshly made pastry , pies , sausages rolls etc .
Lots of ready meals for take away , freshly make coffee , wish I have them back in Uk.

Everyone we went with enjoyed their meals. Our table had a mix of baguettes, pies and sausage rolls. I reckon these are the best sausage rolls on the coast if not the country. Great selection of take home meals too, and delicious condiments. The only negative was sitting near the small door was crammed and people insisted on trying to squeeze past, which was odd because it's not the main door. Personally I would just close and lock that one.

Nice to discover Flour Water Salt in Milton as well as Kiama. Excellent coffee. Great sour doughs, pastries, pies, sausage rolls, and intriguing condiments. Well worth stopping off. Very popular.

A nice bakery with a good range to choose from. Really loved the vegan avocado sandwich! Nice combo with figs and hummus! And the fig honey pistachio gelato was amazing! Wish I could buy a liter home!

A great place to grab a quick gourmet meal. The coffee is fantastic and they have a great selection of gourmet meals and desserts. The service is fast and friendly.

I got the mushroom and thyme pie and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best vego pies I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be back

Firstly my coffee was hot just how I like it & tasted good & hit the spot. There was a lot of appealing food to choose from but I was pleased with my choice, the lamb rosemary & mint sausage roll. The pastry was delicious & there was plenty of flavour filled meat. The shop was packed with happy patrons when I visited on Xmas eve Saturday morning & the meals I saw coming out while I waited looked fabulous. There's quite a few cafes to choose from in town but I doubt any are better than this little gem.

Can’t get enough of their vegan mushroom pies! And they do great soy coffees. Must try for vegans visiting.

Seriously the best sourdough I've found in Australia. To be honest most bakeries in Australia haven't really got a clue when it comes to bread and it's hard to find a decent quality loaf. But not at these guys, they know what they're doing and it's the best I've tried in Australia. Go Dutchies!

The best sausage rolls in NSW and good coffee too. We went back there every second day from our holiday house just for the sausage rolls and told some friends about them...they went there too and agreed. Would strongly recommend that you stop on the way through and grab some food.

Bought family-size dishes of Syrian Chicken and Tuscan Meatballs in Puttanesca Sauce to freeze for those times when I don't want to cook but want something better than "takeaway". Both dishes were absolutely wonderful! I divided each dish into portions for freezing, and the number of serves per dish made the meals good value. The portions reheat well after freezing, retaining the original taste and texture.

Passing through Milton on my travels I stopped off to stretch my legs and get something to eat. Flour Water Salt looked interesting and I went inside and ordered a sausage roll - Little did I know that I was about to eat the BEST SAUSAGE ROLL I HAD EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE! It was generous in size - good pastry and the filling had a wonderful flavor plus texture. It has redefined sausage rolls for ever with me. No stodgy meat filling at all. I ate every crumb. Well done!

Great cafe has lovely cakes and muffins, large family pie. All very yummy.

Best Sausage Roll around made even better with delicious beetroot relish and tomato chutney. Can't pass up a slice of flourless orange or chocolate cake to take on the road!
