MAG is a great company to work with, they have supported me throughout my apprenticeship for the past three years. They also have provided me with a lot of resources and experience to be a competent Electrician. I would highly recommend MAG to any apprentices looking for work, you’ll be very well looked after and they’ll ensure you get to the end of your apprenticeship.

I have recently completed my apprenticeship with mag and I have to say they have been amazing.

I’ve been with them for just under 12 months and they have been nothing but helpful.

Michael and the Admin team are there 100% of the time to help you with any issues that you may have.

The experience and exposure to the different type of work sites and people you meet along the way is amazing not to mention there is always room for you to learn.

I worked with MAG for about 7 months at the start of my electrical apprenticeship, and assigned to a great host employer. Michael and the team were very supportive and accommodating through the whole process of signing up, getting enrolled at TAFE, and starting with the host employer, with continual support through my employment. The host employer took the time to explain the work processes and taught me a lot. I'm proud of the work that I did.

Though Ive since moved on to another role, I have fond memories of my time at MAG and I'm thankful for the great opportunity.

I’ve recently finished my apprenticeship after working 3 of the 4 years with MAG. I was always provided with consistent work and had the opportunity to learn a lot and work with a lot of different people. Any questions I had were always dealt with quickly and efficiently by my managers Michael and Katrina. Pay was always on time and they made every effort to make sure I was happy there.

Highly recommend MAG to new apprentices, they really take care of their employees. They have a large number of contacts that provide a wide variety of work and different environments. Really appreciate my time with MAG.

I spent the good part of two and a half years with MAG. Katrina and Michael were outstanding in providing me with ongoing work (even during lockdown excluding the construction shut down). They’re friendly, flexible and professional.

I completed 2 years of my apprenticeship at MAG and I got exposure to a wide variety of sites and types of work. Work was ongoing during the pandemic except for in extreme circumstances such as the construction lockdown.
Overall I enjoyed my experience at MAG, the workers are great and Michael is a good boss!

I've Have Been with MAG For quite sometime now, i started out in domestic as a sparky but wanted more experience in the commercial sector Michael and his team at MAG we very professional in their approach to finding work and always strived for the best for you as an apprentice. MAG Apprenticeships is a great organisation which allowed me to learn and further my education in electrical. The team members were all lovely and eager to teach especially Michael. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. Definitely recommend.

Michael was able to find me a range of jobs to help me complete my apprenticeship which for the past 2 years of lockdowns and capacity reductions was incredibly helpful. I've been assigned to multiple different projects all of which help me improve my skills as an electrician. Would recommend to prospective apprentices seeking to broaden their skill set.

At times it can be really difficult to find an apprenticeship (especially during this current climate) and even then finding one that is supportive of you and has the best intentions for you.

I can confidently say, being in contact with MAG specifically Alessandro has been a very pleasant experience for myself, they really want the best for you and commit a lot of their time trying to find the best suit for you. He really made me feel welcome and that I could rely on him to be the helping hand I needed.

I just completed my carpentry apprenticeship through MAG and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not like I’m left in the lurch when qualified either. I’ve been offered a job when I receive my papers as a qualified carpenter immediately! MAG offer real pathways to working as a qualified tradesperson through MelRec Trades and Labour Hire. I joined the team at MAG as an apprentice electrician as I wanted to gain experience in the commercial sector and could not be more pleased with the treatment from Michael and the team. They allowed me to choose what projects I wanted to be on while also giving me the opportunity to learn.
