AHMED SAOUD >>> An utter charlatan!! Rude, unprofessional, obnoxious and totally disregarded the issues my daughter tried to raise. He spoke over the top of her more than once. He charged my daughter a total of $1,179.00, when she should "NOT" have been charged anywhere near that, and in fact should not have been charged anything, as the consult was through the VDS scheme. Interestingly when my daughter sent a letter to him demanding a full refund, following her enquiries with Barwon Health, she received the full amount the following day, as well as more than one phone call asking if she had received the refund (mind you, these were voice messages, my daughter refused to speak to them). My daughter also included in her letter that otherwise a report would be made to AHPRA (Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency).

If I could give a zero rating here, I would! Avoid at all costs!
