Rawson Medical Centre - Dr. Sesh Prabhala

I have seen Dr Sesh Prabhala for many years now, a soft spoken man who obviously is a very experienced
Doctor, he listens to what you tell him and has always made me feel confident that he has my best interest at heart, and will always professionally address my concerns, or his.
His son, Shreyas is also a very good younger doctor who communicates well, is very polite and professional and also makes me feel confident in his abilities as a Doctor. I have no hesitation in seeing, trusting and recommending Dr Sesh or Shreyas Prabhala. Actually, even though I have moved out of the area I still make appointments with them.
Complaints about the receptionists seem strange to me, I would rather know I am seeing a good Doctor than needing to feel like the receptionist will kiss my feet.

Excellent doctors! Dr Prabhal is an experienced doctor who just look at the problem and describe what it is in general and medical terms. I strongly recommend anyone to visit this medical centre.

All doctors are good , especially Dr.parimala and dr.prabhala ( j hope I have spelled the names correctly ).

I only needed a referral letter for my son. I was lazy to drive to my regular GP at that day. So, I went to this medical center after lunch time. The lady at front desk told me to go there at 7pm and "have to" bring my son. (In other medical centers, it is n't necessary because I have all the medical reports with me.)
When I arrived at 7pm with my son, a girl told me the doctor has been booked out so they could not do anything for me. Also, the doctor doesn't see any new patients at that time.
I have explained what another staff told me at daytime in hoping that I could be seen by a doctor because of their midtake.
What have I gotten? -- a cheap "woo"-- That is!!!
I just wasted my time. They don't care at all! Shouldn't they have told me when I showed up at daytime? Shouldn't they really do something because of their mistakes? No, nobady cares!

I brought my baby to Dr. Parimala for routine checkups at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months of age, and it's safe to say that she is unqualified for her profession. During these visits, she only measured my baby's height, weight, and head circumference while neglecting a fundamental hip examination. This oversight has had devastating consequences, as my child was later diagnosed with hip dysplasia at almost 1 year old, a condition that could have been easily detected and treated before the age of 6 months. This has resulted in my baby's condition worsening and treatment becoming significantly more difficult.

Furthermore, Dr. Parimala failed to document essential information, such as my baby's weight and height, in the blue book. This negligence has made it challenging for other healthcare providers to track my child's development.

When I raised concerns about my baby's inadequate weight gain and requested a referral to a specialist, Dr. Parimala refused to do so.

I can't help but feel profound regret for not recognizing these glaring red flags and seeking a second opinion sooner. If I had, my baby's condition would not be as dire as it is now.

Oh My god! what can i say? What an attitude from Doctor (Prabhala)! what a rude behavior! could not figure out the reason why so far! but all i can say, is all those reviewers rated him 1-2 stars were brutally honest (Would not update immunization record of my toddler on medicare! after being rejected from here, other doctor gladly did it just by email request along with evidences of course. Go somewhere else, and avoid this. Never seen such appalling attitude from any doctor so far! Beware!

Very rude receptionists and a gp not worth going to..
I went to rawson medical centre to get a reference letter from the gp who know me for 2 years.
He was rude when he realised that I am there to get my paper work done..and asked me to go a notary to get my papers signed. Eventually agreed to sign.
Despite making a mistake in the paperwork(he looked very confused), he acted very rude...
very money minded gp..wouldnt go there again...

Extremely poor service, the receptionist is very rude, the dr won't even put effort to try to find out whats wrong with me. He measured my pressure and said i was ok, 10 minutes after i walked out the door i passed out and found out that my pressure was 80/60 not 100/70 as he said. Don't go there.

The receptionist was extremely rude and was least bothered to help us. I would have given this place minus stars if possible for her unacceptable behaviour

awful. a gp didn't give me any recommendations, sent me to another specialist (after 5 min conversation), but charged full price.
