I like the shop but won't be going back. From the moment you step foot in the place ur being watched. They don't need cameras with the staff they've got that's for sure. Fair enough if someone is doing something wrong or acting suspicious. It's the same with everyone you see them staring at each customer constantly. It's quite uncomfortable almost creepy. I'd rather travel out of colac and feel comfortable shopping, I've never came across a shop like that.

Absolutely wrong place to re=string your rackets. Careless and mistakes always. I had twice same bad treatment. Our group stopped this place.
