Had to stop in when I visited Australia because I have been running their products on my Jeeps for years. Justin was awesome, showed me around the shop including the workshop where they had one of ARB’s campers. It was amazing in person. Definitely recommend stopping in and seeing these guys when in town.

Just had roof racks fitted. Kent was extremely helpful and chased up an alternative model when parts where delayed. Thanks

December 2022, decided to get an ARB bull bar for my Jeep Wrangler. Also decided to add to the fuel capacity for long trips in remote areas with a Long Ranger Auxiliary Fuel Tank and get ARB to do the install. The aux tank (which is excellent) was a headache, with a wiring problem that took a long time to discover and resolve. But - and this is the thing - ARB kept at it until it was working like a charm. It took a while, but they did a great job.

Ordered a hilift attachment for kaymar bar on the back of my troopy. On pick up they installed it and my jack with quick run through of operation. Difficult task cause I had 35" in spare wheel so very tight operation. Needed two men! Much appreciated guys thankyou. There are some things women just can't do I admit it!

At lot more helpful than ARB Kilsyth in my experience. Genuinely keen to help out enthusiasts and have solid advice and service. Easy and good service.

Went to ARB to get my snorkel looked at that was rattling (booked it in a week in advance) the staff member I spoke to was super helpful and was happy for me to bring my 4WD in at any time.

After 30 mins of them looking at it, they got back to me and had fixed the issue.

They didn't charge me and gave me a detailed description of what was done.

Amazing service and very helpful and friendly staff.

I had a Safari Snorkel fitted to my FJ Cruiser a little while ago. The guys did a fantastic, clean install and relocated the side indicator as well. Job was completed on time and as per quote given. Nathan was very professional and easy to deal with.

Exceptional customer service! I came in for a bike rake solution, unfortunately they didn't have one. But instead of sending me on my merry way, they spent the next 20min finding a solution on the internet and walking me through in acquiring it, during the busy season!!! Thank you so much!
