Great parking, a short easy walk (600m) to the waterfall.
It is wheelchair accessible (mostly concrete path but some gravel path or wooden plank path) the only stairs are to get to the upper viewing platform
Kid friendly

A beautiful, easily accessible location.
The walkways from the FREE parking area to the waterfall viewing platform are well maintained and very pleasant.
There is one that is suitable for wheelchairs or gophers right up to the falls - others would be a challenge.
There are long-drop toilets and picnic benches as well as seats strategically positioned along the paths.
The road in to the area has recently been improved although you still have to take care on the twisting road as it is narrow and caravans/motorhomes use the campgrounds.
All in well, well worth a visit.

Lovely place to visit, an easy stroll up to the Falls from the parking area. Toilets at the carpark too. Fabulous viewing platform at the base pool of the Falls, you will feel the spray if it's flowing enough

Thanks to a lot of Otway rainfall over Christmas these falls were roaring when we visited today ... Spectacular Redwood forest and Stevensons waterfall views along the refurbished walking track ... It's been a few years since I was here last and the newly manicured entrance, walking tracks and visitor maps are a great improvement

A tiny walk to the most beautiful waterfall through a humbling bunch of Redwood giants. Speechless on the way back.

B e a uuuutil Waterfall.
For carpark to the closest excess; take left turn towards waterfall instead going right side towards camps. (Watch out for signs)
Best waterfall so far I have seen with minimum walk hence accessible for wheelchairs, kids & aged folks. There are railing along the path too.
A gorgeous short walk through rainforest and closure look on fall. You can actually hike through the rocks and swim too.
There is a public toilet, benches and open sitting area if you want a open air picnic.
Free car park 🅿

Short and easy walk to the waterfall, nice views of the river alongside the walk. The waterfall is really worth the drive and would definitely recommend to add this to your trip to the Great Ocean Rd.

There's another falls with the same (but with different spelling) that is in another part of Victoria (Marysville, to be precise), but that's not what we're talking about here. This is most probably one of the easiest falls you can walk to. It's an easy 500 meter (one way) walk from the car park and along the way you get to enjoy some views of the Gellibrand River (you'd have to walk a tiny bit off the walking path) and there is also a beautiful redwood forest to explore. There's a viewing platform to view the falls from. Just before the viewing platform, there is an open area where you walk on the rocks to get a different perspective of the falls. Or, just find a nice rock to sit and enjoy the beautiful falls.

Beautiful fall. Great spot for photos and exercise. When we went there, there were lots of families so this is definitely a place for families to go. Just a reminder there is parking fees of $3, but it is for a good cause, I think it contributes to the construction of the park.

Worth it....
You walk along a babbling brook the whole way to the main event. Walk is very easy and short from carpark.
Also theres a mock redwood forest beside track- its not trees are different but it still has that slight deep wood feel to it. Up close viewing platform as well.

Beautiful walk through forest trails which ended with this thunderous waterfall. There had been a lot of rain and the waterfall was at its peak, stunning!

Lovely waterfall. There are a number of hiking routes, you can choose to walk for ten minutes or for more than one hour. Ticket is needed for parking and only can pay by coins.

Stunning waterfall. There is a trail leading upto it which is a nice walk. I went on a fairly miserable day and there were no people which was nice. Well worth a visit its almost a hidden gem.

We went to see it lit up after dark and the photos do not do it justice during the day or at night. This is a must see. Go to The Duck Inn for a meal while in town
