Chelsea Heights Medical Centre

I am new to the area & feel incredibly lucky to have such a great medical centre just around the corner from me. The reception staff have always been lovely & very helpful. The doctor I am currently seeing is very professional in his area of expertise. I feel cared for by this clinic. The receptionist even let me keep the pen! Well done CHMC. Outstanding service, kindness & professionalism. You have made my transition to a new area easier for me. Thankyou ❤

We have just started going to this medical clinic and it’s honestly amazing. Last night we rang at 7:40pm because our 12 week old was suddenly extremely distressed and didn’t look quite right, Olivia at the front desk got us an immediate appointment (which we were so thankful for and she was so kind and understanding of the phone and when we arrived) with Dr Mohammad Rashid who saw us and reviewed our baby and provided us reassurance and care. We were so thankful at the kindness we were shown and how quick we were seen. We have also seen Dr. Khatijah Khalilur Rahman (Dr Kate) as a family and she is always so kind and through. Absolutely wonderful staff!

I wanted to call out some great service and care by Dr. Kate Rahman.

She wasn't rushed, was very attentive, and was willing to explain things in detail when I had questions and concerns. I feel that many doctors have the capacity to rush patients out of the practice as quickly as possible these days. Dr. Kate was clear, concise, caring and yet efficient.

By far the best experience I've had in an appointment for a long time and I'll aim to only see Kate from here.

I’ve seen Dr Milan Katic several times now, and hope to continue seeing him if he’ll have me as a patient!
He is extremely kind, patient, willing to try to understand things from your point of view, and totally on the ball. Thoroughly recommend him!

Such an amazing clinic! I've been coming here for over 12 months and have never had a problem. The reception team, practice manager, nurses and doctors have all been wonderful and only deliver the best of care! Thank you so much for looking after me and my health!!!

I recommend Dr Kate - I had a small procedure done, she was extremely professional, patient and kind and made the experience easier on me. The other staff are also lovely.

Such a fantastic practice, a massive shout out and thank you to the lady at reception today 6/2/2022. Not only was she under the pump with call after call and people coming in, she was there on her own and clearly needed a hand but she was just fantastic to deal with. She went above and beyond to rectify my appointment and I can understand as they were short staffed throughout. She also made the massive effort to even print off my emailed blood test appointment sheet and got me a telephone call appointment asap. I've had a couple of bad experiences with another medical practise closer to home and since going to this place, not only are the reception a pleasure to deal with but the doctors actually listen to you and pay attention to your needs. The pathology lady that was on this same day was also under the pump working by herself but she was pleasant and calming, understanding of my fear of needles and talking me through the whole process. This is why I highly recommend this practice. Busy but most certainly worth it. People, be kind, take the time to thank them for their help. To the lady at reception, I hope you enjoy your eclair 😁 thank you again for today.

The staff at Chelsea heights medical centre are the best . Always helpful and go out of their way to get you in to see your preferred doctor.
Dr Leonard Breger simply the best always goes beyond expectations.

It is not often I go out of my way to write a great review but the team at Chelsea heights are awesome. They care and are flexible and free. Ashley is amazing on reception, and Dr Ben and Dr Nick are awesome and relieving the stress of procedures or injuries. Would recommend these guys to anyone

Came in for my first shot of vaccine, honestly was hesitant to do it at all, upon arrival receptionist (Sam) were very warm welcoming and friendly. Made ease of experience very pleasant, nurse was great could tell she was experienced too. Will definitely be back here for any other check-ins/general consultations

Recently moved home and left my doctor of 18 years. Decided to go to Chelsea clinic and see Dr Perera and have no regrets whatsoever. She is very professional and proactive with my healthcare. The staff and nurses are also very professional and caring. I would have no hesitation recommending this Doctor and this clinic to anyone looking for a change.

As a diabetic I needed a doctor who was on the ball. After months of hunting around, the doctors here checked all the boxes.
The doctors are so helpful and don't try and rush you. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming. Very handy being open late as well. I live 45 minutes away and I'm happy to travel here!

On the weekend I attended the clinic in significant pain, having torn my knee cartilage only to be told I misread my appt time, which was 11.20PM not AM as I thought. I was extremely frustrated and about to leave when the receptionist, (Saige) stopped me, settled me down and organised for me to see the next available doctor, despite the clinic being very crowded. As a veteran who has had to attend a myriad of medical appointments over the years, I cannot recall a time where I was treated so compassionately and professionally.

New to the area and been visiting this clinic for a few months. We have seen a few doctors now at this clinic between my wife and myself and all very good. Wife had a session with Dr Eveline Tjandramulia yesterday and she is very knowledgeable and very patient. Explain everything in details.

My family and I are all patients of Chelsea Heights Medical Centre and we have always had good experiences with everyone from this clinic. We find the staff work extremely hard to get their job done whilst maintaining such a friendly professional manner. We have been patients at a few clinics due to moving to different areas and Chelsea heights medical centre has been the best by far. I could not fault anyone within this clinic in anyway. Thank you all for working so hard especially during this tough time with COVID.

My son had his first Covid vaccine today at CHMC.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made the experience comfortable.
It was so child friendly and put both kids and parents at ease, the face painting and balloon making an extra special touch.
The staff were so incredible too.
We all know how serious things are right now so to bring some joy to the kids is by no means a small thing.
