A big thank you to Kevin and Ellie for being great hosts at a truly magical cottage in the perfect location in Daylesford. Cannot wait to come back. The decor, the setting, the cleanliness, the access to nature - all perfect.

Astley cottage is like a big hug,it make you feel at home..a quaint little place with beautiful gardens..and fantastic hosts.. And the secure fenced veranda is great for the dogs... can't wait to return

Astley cottage is the cutest and perfectly located cottage retreat, nestled amongst a breathtakingingly beautiful country garden with Daylesfords majestic bushland within arms reach, wrapping around the property like a calming hug.
The cottage has everything you could possibly need to block out the world and melt into relaxation.
Comfortable, clean, and cosy with an exceptionally luxurious spa bath.
Ellie & Kevin made my partner, our fur baby, and myself feel right at home and welcome. The fresh homemade muffins were a welcome surprise.
Highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway.

A wonderful place with unique country charm. Calm and tranquil experience for us. Nice garden and beautiful woody feel.

Spent two wonderful nights here. The cottage is amazing ,all creature comforts supplied. Hosts are very friendly and obliging. Could not fault. Wil be back.

Overall good location , bit pricy for not being in peak season

Just booked this place on Airbnb for 2 nights in March 2024. All went thru got booking confirmation and $ came out of account. Even got a message from host that it was booked. Then 5 minutes later they tell me that the dates not available as someone has booked 5 nights over that period. It seems 5 nights trumps 2 nights. Poor service . Then they tell me I have to do the cancelling and now I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get the $ reimbursed.

Beware of this service. Accomodation is nice as I've been here before. But just be aware they may cancel your booking if someone else books for a longer period over your required dates.
