Came at 8.30am on a Saturday morning, no line, nice staff, in and out in 5 minutes!

Very kind people, went on a Monday at 9 it wasn't very busy and they were very gentle.

Very long wait times, waited over 2 hours just to do a simple blood test. Should hire more staff.

Why does it take so long to do a blood test. This place is ridiculously slow. Go elsewhere

Dont trust the information provided on front desk. They can give you wrong information.

The guy working here on the weekend is super super slow he was literally seeing 1 person in 1 hour, probably a newbie 🤦🏽

On 25 May 2024 @ 11:45am, I visited my 6 years with lower abdominal pain, itcy pubic, difficulty while passing urine... I was explaining the possible reason behind the symptoms & as primary carer of my child just to help the doctor to understand the case in a better way to help a patient ( my child). In response, the words from the doctor was " Are you a doctor? ", " I am not here to listen your lecture. " Can somebody tell me if this is a sin when a mother wants to know the treating doctor all the possible factors behind her child's symptoms only to help the doctor! I had been to this clinic before with my child when Dr. Fadey & others were there.I did explain them in the same way and they were just brilliant in listening and treating. My kid is a challenging one. So, my approach with doctors in RCH, GP and Specialists is always the same. But, this is the very first time, I have received such behavior from a doctor. Victorian Government has taken such a huge effort to provide the common public with all possible health care facilities. Are these doctors even trying to do the justice?????? Very very upset, specially when you have a sick child who is challenging.
