Bought some mother's day card and a photo frame from them. Good value.
The lady gave us a big smile. And told us to check the size of frame at home; if it's the wrong size, just keep the wrapping, she would happily refund it.
This is the most customer-friendly thing I have ever got from a discount shop!

This is a great discount store, super friendly and helpful, interesting range of products with items not easily found elsewhere, hardware, art, household & pet goods, decor. Really handy to have this shop nearby to just grab that essential thing you need ,,, now!

This review is contrary to what others have said on their reviews. I like the range of stock, I can often get things that I can't find in other discount stores and the prices are good. I'm giving 2 stars based on the customer service I received in store today from a male. If you want your customer to put cash on the counter instead of handing it to you then say it politely with please. It also would not hurt you to say thank you. You seem to be friendly with some of your customers but if a customer is not familiar to you (a regular I guess), some common courtesy goes a long way and is good for business. Today (Nov 2023) I was in the store and I saw the owner shove some bags at and speak harshly to the female behind the counter. This type of aggressive behaviour is very inappropriate and especially so in front of customers.

yes the male inside the store(i think is the boss)is so rude.i just took the picture from the product to show my friend,check whether it is what she want.the man comes and shouts and stop me to do that.And was so rude.

Bought some toy for my baby when i was checking not suitable for her. i just go and asked shop lady to change toy .she is not willing to change toy .she is very rude . i didint use item .i lost my time and money

Was yelled at for taking a photo and sending it to my mum so she could work out which product she wanted to buy.
