OTR Stawell

This is my favourite servo on the A8! The staff are always lovely especially at the Hungry Jacks in spite of the fact that majority of the time I have been there I have seen them getting yelled at by crusty people demanding their nuggets be remade. Rebel whopper is consistently great. Toilets are always clean and I’ve never been disappointed. I love smacking the little green smiley face button to let everyone know they are doing a great job. As a weary traveller along a long long stretch of road the gleaming signage of Stawell OTR is a sight for sore eyes. I hope all of the staff there read this and know that they always make me happy with their service and delicious Rebel Whoppers.

Convenient toilets, great range of food and drinks. Fuel and parking easily accessible..

Called in at atound 7:15 pm and had the best coffee i have had in a long time great work to the fellow behind the counter

MUCH improved from our March visit this year..service and coffee Bad..Hungry Jack's good..we're from SA..was happy to see OTR in Vic..

Im an interstate driver I use this facility 6 nights a week. Your staff are very kind and courteous and helpful. The site wasn't planned out very well for bdoubles very tight through the fuel bowers to turn right to get to the limited truck parking bays available. No showers available for drivers and no fresh meals unless you want hungry jacks junk food.this site knows how to make a brilliant coffee 10/10 for that. Cleanliness is very reasonable except during holiday season which is quite understandable because of customers leaving bits of toilet paper on the floor. So I rate the design of the site 3/10. Food choices 5/10. The staff 9/10. I hope OTR takes this into consideration next time they decide to build a truck stop and that fresh meals at night are a key to the success of it.

Good, but for some reason they don't do pizza's like at other OTR stores.

Goto ones in SA all the time, hv good range of products,, friendly staff,, long as showers are hot n so is the food Is too,, will be back👍👍👍

I have been here a hand full of times and for some reason a few of these times there has been a few people standing around the service counter having a drink or eating food and chartting to who ever is working. Its a bit weird but who cares.

I have grabbed Hungry Jacks from here and it is a bit hit and miss and miss.

The prices of everything is exorbitant here and you might want to think about auctioning off one of your kidneys to foot the bill, but this is the case in most places now.

Also, I was in getting fuel last week and I asked for a cheese and bacon travaler pie as I was a bit peckish, and the person serving me gave me some spicy/mexican flavoured pie and it was horrible

Now that pissed me off. Come on OTR... Be better.

I'm done getting the answer there are 'No hotdogs or Buns' clearly the demand is there if you are out of stock this often, please order a more appropriate amount of Hotdogs and buns... if I could secure myself a hotdog this review would have been 5 stars but 1/10 attempts end in me having a hotdog.
