My experience was quite frustrating. Purchased a hat online. When it didn't arrive, I called them for two days straight with no one picking up. Sent two emails and messaged them on socials – no response. In the end I had to dig up another email from their FB page to get them to respond. Claimed they'd had some theft so the hat was no longer available, and refunded the purchase. When I expressed my frustration over email at the way things had been handled, you guessed it – no response. Communication needs to be massively improved.

Zero stars. Have been trying to organise a return for wrong size for nearly a month but won’t answer emails, calls or Instagram messages. Beware
