The guy who served us had the patience of a saint. He also went well out of his way in assisting us with our enquiry and as a result of his product knowledge we went away with a great pair of shoes. Why go to DFO when you have a gem like this right on our doorstep.

I bought a pair of $90 kids New Balance shoes and after only a few days there was a fault with the stretch shoe laces. I tried to take them back but the store wouldn't refund or replace the shoes. They told me that they had wavered the returns policy with New Balance in order to get a discount from the NB wholesale. In other words increase their profits over customer satisfaction. They did offer to fix them at the shoe repair man but for $90 I would expect that I shouldn't have to settle for a pair of stitched and fixed shoes. Horrible customer service and don't buy from here go to Rebel where you can return faulty products.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards us. The staff were rude and didn’t give us a refund then tried to manipulate us, not coming back.

RUDE abusive staff with no manors and very poor customer service.

As a sneaker head I found them to be the worst store I have ever been into and that is saying a lot.

I would recommend every one does them selves a favour and avoid this store like the plague it is.

The store is closed and will not open until mid 2022. The info online shows it open and trading normally. Very disappointing
