Nice store and convenient location. I was very happy with good experiences at this Priceline as staffs very helpful and friendly. Especially the blonde hair man at the counter, he was very helpful and friendly to help us to find the products and he gave us a good advise.Definitely we love to come back to this Pricline again.

Staff have always been very helpful since I started going there in May 2022. Have made various purchases and also had vaccines. Sometimes something is out of stock or limited, so I do call first re medications. One prescription nasal spray I use is about $3 more expensive than at the discount pharmacy. Location is very convenient for me.

I've had a great experience both times I've been here! The first time I was served by this wonderful girl who was super helpful and spent time to find the right products (sorry I missed taking your name!). The second time I was served by Sneha who was super helpful in giving me really tailored recommendations which I appreciated as a makeup noob! Impeccable service from all the staff, makes me want to come back :)

I’m giving 5 stars for Mona, the young pharmacist, who has been there on the two weekends I’ve recently been in the store. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she is polite and kind. Did her best to help me. She’s an asset to the company.

This priceline is finally keeping stocks of all products and regularly fills its empty shelves now- I am guessing there has been a change of management. One of the new staff members- Sneha- has also been very helpful. She will always promptly help you find what you are looking for, and if an item that you are looking for is low in stock/out of stock- she will arrange for it and let you know the next time you visit that the stock has arrived. I have been using Priceline for over 2 years now. Christine is an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable Pharmacist. She is to be congratulated on choosing a team to support her, all are good, however I have my 3 favourites who are always so kind, caring, and serve me with a smile that brightens up my day.

All the staff are always so kind and friendly. Orders are put through and received promptly. Reasonable pricing and good selection of products. Good store layout allows me to easily find what I need. Overall a great experience everytime. Thank you to all the staff of Priceline St Leonards

One of the best customer experience, went to buy a arm bandage and they didn't have my size. Spoke to one of the staff who had no clue when next time they will get it or if other stores have it or what is the closest store.
Fortunately spoke to Christine she was amazing and ordered the product for me and it was there next day. They even called to let me know the product was there....(Its only $20 product) but the effort was amazing.

If Priceline can (or any business can) they should have a employee like Christine...!

The pharmacy is amazing, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and are what I’ve noticed are handling the current situation very well.
Have smiles on their faces every time I am greeted and the Pharmacist are terrific.
I praise them for doing their best with how tough a day can be.

I just had the best customer service experience of my whole life. There is a very informative man working at St Leonards Priceline. He seriously could answer every question I had about hair products & face creams. He even recommended creams he had been using himself. He is absolutely delightful & makes you feel very special. Pharmacy staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Pharmacist, George & David, are very efficient. Was able to get a drug compounded in 4 days, for half the time and cost from a previous pharmacy. I was most impressed by the service and rarely give 5 star reviews.

Priceline is such a good pharmacy and this one is very conveniently located in The Forum shopping complex, near St Leonards Station. Great for commuters. I ran in here to escape a Summer storm and they had the stand of umbrellas for sale near the front of the store. Good marketing. I was one of many who bought another umbrella to add to the collection. I also purchased some Christmas gifts as well whilst hiding from the hail storm. Lots of giftware in stock and very reasonably priced.

Couldn't have asked for a more friendly pharmacist than Sherv. He was incredibly nice and made sure that I had everything I needed.
I had an amazing experience with him and I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone that needs reliable, good quality service.
