This is a gorgeous restaurant in a top spot. It is not normally what you see for a lawn bowls club. It has a lovely view of the bowling green and beautiful atmosphere inside. The outstanding feature is the staff who are professional, and competent; they cannot do enough to help. The food is very fancy and quite unique as well. You definitely won’t find a chicken parmie and there is no kid’s menu. It is also a little on the expensive side, therefore think of this place as more of a special occasion restaurant rather than a bowls club.

Fantastic menu, the desserts are excellent! The veg. curry is my favourite, with the homemade table chilli! Very affordable prices and friendly staff!

This place is an absolute Gem of a location, we came to lorne for a get away for the night, other restaurants did not interest us and we thought why not try the Bowling club and we are so glad we did, staff are genuinely
happy to see you, accommodating and great at what they do. The Food was magnificent from entre to dessert, all food we ordered was presented beautifully, tasted Delicious and priced to match quality, we will definitely be back at some point and highly recommend💖

The food here is amazing home style meals, nothing over the top but always fresh and worth stopping in for. The people here are lovely too, with an old school pub style bar setup.
The fresh cakes and dessert are definitely worth leaving room for also, a must try!

An unexpected gem! Best meal in town! Great bbq pork with fresh focaccia… no condiments on table as food is just right….cultured butter…quenelled!… fantastic desserts… and fantastic service…. Not to be missed!

Don't let the modest and slightly quirky surrounds fool you - easily one of best pub style meals I've had and put many a restaurant lunch in the shade too. Friendly and capable staff, great chef and well priced meals and drinks too. If you're in Lorne, don't miss.

Menu exciting and delicious and with company PERFECT 3 HOUR TOTAL SHARE WITH WINE..if only we were closer.

Ran out of certain menu items half way through our tables order. Had to wait quite a while for food to come out but food was sooo delicious so very much worth the wait. I had the soft beef tacos with slaw and avo.
