La Perouse Lorne

We had a really pleasant two night stay at La Perouse, the highlight of which was the delicious daily coffee, breakfast and conversation with Laurel, Sue and the other guests. Sitting in the garden with a glass of champagne was another highlight, as were the sumptuous bedlinen and aesop products in the bathroom. Thank you so much Laurel and Sue - we hope to return very soon x

This is my second year staying at La Perouse for the Pier To Pub. Everything about La Perouse is deluxe, the rooms, the incredible beds, the views and the lovely Sue & Laurel who make staying there feel like you're staying with good friends. The breakfasts are amazing and the whole environment is peaceful and beautiful. I would stay there every holiday if I could, I love this place. Thank you!

Laurel and Sue have established a beautiful getaway. The rooms are really quite nice and elegantly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bath products were top quality. It was the perfect stay to absorb Lorne’s beauty

La Perouse is simply the best. We have been staying here for around 3 years and just keep coming back. Laurel and Sue, who run the place, are kind, warm and welcoming. The accomodation and service is exceptional. It is the one place where I feel that I can relax and not have to do anything. Some of the highlights of this particular visit was the champagne, nibbles and company on arrival, the ice cream at night, not to mention the beautiful breakfast in the morning. Thanks La Perouse, we will return.

My partner and I had the most memorable winter stay at La Perouse in Lorne for our little babymoon. Laurel and Sue were such wonderful hosts and have put so much love and care into their gorgeous bnb, from the delicious breakfasts (you really can’t miss!), to the cosy bed with the softest linen, to all the thoughtful little details within the room. It’s the type of place you just don’t want to leave and we both agreed that we’ve never had a more relaxing holiday. It was worth every single penny. Thank you again Sue and Laurel x

Laurel & Sue were the perfect welcoming hosts & rightly proud of their cosy , charming & welcoming small hotel. Breakfasts in the dining area were a delight with Laurel & Sue always ready for a chat about art, music and life. La Perouse was a delight. Highly recommended. We will return.

Such a charming stay! Perfectly located just a couple minute drive from ‘downtown’ Lorne. The nicest hosts, great rooms and the BEST breakfast.

Every detail has been considered in this gorgeous BnB! Fireplace, outdoor bath and a cocktail making station all in our room. Laurel and Sue are the best hosts and it’s a short walk to the Main Street and beach. We can’t wait to stay again!

La Perouse is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not only is it serene and peaceful, but owners Sue and Laurel are the perfect hosts, with attention to detail and cleanliness. The bed was so comfortable and the room smelt divine! La Peruse is a amazing place to stay in Lorne. It was truely a magical experience.

Beautiful rooms with everything one could ask for, delicious breakfast, good location (a couple of minutes walk from the main Street) and the owners are so kind and accommodating.
