I was waiting for a meeting in the lobby of Fullerton hotel when Cafe one attracted my attention. I couldn't help it but go up and order a coffee with an Avocado on Sourdough.. I must say the service is excellent... the presence of the chef in the open kitchen is also a plus... the presentation, the taste, everything is just what I needed on this Friday morning..

The interior completes the concepts with the greenery everywhere and that sense of warmth yet spacious. A great place for morning meetings I would say.

Perfect place to have a chai latte when it’s raining! There’s a variety of cosy places to sit and the atmosphere is very tranquil.

This hidden gem in Martin place combines sophistication, modern decor and divine service to bring an altogether lovely experience.
Excellent coffee, gorgeous live piano playing and little booths and nooks make this cafe perfect for meetings, work spaces or just a spot to relax.
Definitely one of my favourite spots in Sydney CBD.

Great coffee and service. I usually have Toast or bagels with coffee for Brekky, they are actually toasted! Unlike most cbd cafes that just give you warm bread cos they’re too impatient and take it out of the toaster too early! I’d prefer to wait than get warm bread when ordering toast. Thank you cafe one for not doing this!

A beautiful cafe tucked in the second floor of an older building in the middle of Martin Place. A great find - cozy ambiance and nice seating, decent food, and lovely staff!

Enjoyed my chai masala in this busy cafe. Maybe I came at a bad time but definitely not a place if you need to get work done.

The previous management and staff were terrific, friendly and customer service focused. The food and drinks were excellent!
The new management and staff that have been in place only for a few weeks are less friendly, the food and drink is poor by comparison and the prices are higher!
You have a great environment with a captive audience being in the office building, but you will lose us all unless you improve significantly!!

Honestly, I’m so over this cafe. I’ve tried it several times after the change in management but it’s so slow. The coffee has good days and bad days but the time it takes to be served and for the coffee to come out is so ridiculous. They really need to up their game with their service otherwise they’re going to go out of business in the busy city.
