Timothy - high skill, patience, persistence. Timothy excels at going beyond normal customer service to help customers achieve their desired result. The ceiling colour I used in the kitchen is one I created myself by mixing the cabinet colour with various quantities of the splashback colour. The desired result was then painted on a sheet of glass. Timothy took the trouble to do a colour match and created a sample pot of the match, which proved an excellent likeness to the desired lighter version of the splashback.
