Australia Post - Doncaster East LPO

Long time customer 10+ years of this post office which has had some staff changes recently, which has not diminished the service at all. The current staff Adrian & Joanne are both very friendly, efficient and helpful. Far more so than the Jackson Court LPO where the service is unfriendly & contrived. Disregard the Driving Downtown review, it's untrue. Highly recommend this post office over the others in the Doncaster area. 5 stars

Best local post office in my opinion, fast service, caring and thoughtful staff. Easy to park, if you don't like queuing up for a long time visit this shop.

I personally had a great experience here, I haven't done too much posting in my life so I wanted to make sure I filled everything out right and the lady who served me (Ebony I believe) was extremely helpful and understanding. Good to see great customer service still exists!

Excellent service and experiences to this post office only two staffs but served so efficiently. In few occasions month of Feb and august 2016 . Filipino lady attended me. I sent western union to china and gave her wrong spelling name of recepient. China don't want to give money to the recipient because of the name spelling. I went back and this filipino lady fix quick professionally. The second time i try to apply passport they dont process but again the filipino lady gave me the best instructions and advice what to do.
