I needed a part installed in my Landcruiser that had a three month delivery time - always tricky as we are constantly travelling. I picked Stawell Toyota based on estimated route and their reviews and I am so glad I did! Excellent information along the way, outstanding customer service. Can’t fault them on anything, many little nice touches that make a difference.
On top of the great car service, they kindly agreed to have a bulky parcel for me sent to their address - another tricky thing when travelling - and even had it loaded into the car already when I came to pick it up. Almost makes me wish I lived in Stawell - these guys are that good ;)

I had a really great experience here. They were able to diagnose the problem my car was experiencing and booked me in straight away to get it fixed. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff in the service department were so friendly and helpful after my local service centre failed to complete parts of a service 2 days prior. It was only a 2 second job but I'm grateful Stawell Toyota could help me out

Fantastic place to have your toyota worked on have a roadworthy and mechanical repairs done by the team at stawell toyota the reception ladies are helpful and friendly everytime time I have work done and Matt in parts is always helpful with getting parts for my 30 year old landcruiser and David and the workshop team have always had time to help and get my work done to the utmost care and attention they always call to let me know if will take longer or they find other issues to be fixed byfar one of the best places to have a toyota fixed

Our second time having our vehicle serviced here and won't be the last. Lovely people out front and very competent people out back. And our little dog loves you too. ❤. Oh what a feeling! See you next time we come down from QLD.

I was provided with the highest level of service I have ever experienced, the Service Manager David went above and beyond to provide me with information and assistance to guide me through what would have been an extremely stressful situation if not for his guidance, I must add that the issue I had was not caused by the dealership whatsoever, however he was more than happy to help get it all sorted out and provided details of the options I had to get the best possible outcome.
I would drive past 1000 other dealerships to go here again as I am so impressed and confident that the same level of exceptional service would be provided each and every time.

I recently purchased a VX 300 series Landcruiser from Stawell Toyota, which I couldn’t be more happier with. I have just had my first service with Stawell Toyota. They are exemplary in every way. The purchase experience was excellent from beginning to end. They are helpful and efficient & the first service experience was perfect. The team go out of their way to ensure the best outcome for their clients and nothing is to much trouble. Above all they are trustworthy & competitive. I could have purchased in Melbourne, however after my initial dealings with the Stawell Toyota team I drove 300klm as they deserved my business & I will continue to do the same. Highly recommended!

We had our Hilux serviced yesterday we have to say it was a great experience the staff were friendly and helpful, the hilux came back a lot cleaner than it was when we dropped it off we will definitely be back when the next service is due.

Had my Landcruiser serviced by this dealer today. As a passing through traveler l found them excellent. They allowed me and my 2German shepherds to wait in show room supplied bowl of water for girls tea/ coffee biscuits if l wanted. Girls had lots of pats from staff ,11 out of ten guys thankyou. Highly recommend. 👍👍

I spoke with Matt in spares yesterday to get me out of a jam and get some floor mats for my wife's Kluger for her Birthday.
Her birthday is today, which gave Matt a slim 24 hour window to come up with the goods & help me out.
Well, today i have those mats, delivered to my business address & my marriage will live to fight another day!

Omg how amazing are these ppl at stawell toyota. For service 15 out of 10, for professionalism the same score, for friendliness easily the same score. I don't know what David's position is but what a truly lovely guy who goes above and beyond to help with your car issues. As a 69 y.o. woman they treated my car and myself with the utmost respect and just don't over charge. Thank you at the toyota team
