Politix - Eastland

After a grumpy salesman at David jones politix we decided to go into their actual store in Eastland and was greeted by a girl called Sara who couldn’t help us enough! She went above and beyond helping with different sizes and styles and made suit shopping an enjoyable experience . Sara’s customer service was exceptional and knowledge of style spot on. Would definitely highly recommend politix store Eastland and go see Sara!!

We came in for a tux and were served by Sara. She was amazing, and her attention to detail was on point. She is an asset to the company. Will come back to shop for sure.

I had some issues with other stores organising a change over of a suit, I stumbled into Eastland not expecting the anything even close to the level of service I got from Ash.
He sorted everything out in less than 24 hours and made the change over process so simple and straight forward.
He had even organised one of the previous stores I'd tried to deal with to help with the change over process.
Very pleased with the outcome and the unbelievable service.

I was served by Steve who works as a casual employee at Politix in Eastland and his service was fantastic! I went in looking for specific products and he spared no time in finding the perfect fit for a suit jacket and vest with a kind and outgoing attitude.

We were looking at groom and groomsmen suits and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we needed on the big day. He provided fashion advice, made sure the stock came on time, and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Customer service as it should be. Can't recommend enough!

I live western part of Melbourne however I would love shop to that again and again. Daniel is an amazing customer service consultant. He goes above and beyond to meet the customer needs.
