Kaniva Community Roadhouse

I have travelled all over Australia and this place has to be by far one of the best road stops for food! Excellent service. Very friendly. Great people. Burgers are perfect. Chips and gravy were delicious. Chilly chicken wrap was outstanding. Best food stop ever! Must stop! Toilets also very clean. Great job ladies! Thank you for treating my family so welcoming.

Perfect pit stop for some lunch. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious schnitzel burgers and cold drinks.
Loved Maddison’s style and she was very helpful with our puppy and brought him a special treat!

Dropped in to get some food on my trip between SA and VIC. The staff made me the most delicious toasted gluten free sandwich. They offered me all the salads from curried egg, to pineapple, to beetroot, and more. SO YUM!! Thanks Mel and Maddison ☺

Stop in for a meal on my way back home after a long day travelling on the road. As the local pub wasn't severing meals on the Sunday they recommended the local Roadhouse for a feed. Well I wasn't disappointed the meal was delicious and the staff friendly and obliging. I had a t-bone steak with chips and salad, a cold cold drink and a coffee to finish off before hitting the road again. Thanks guys!!

By chance we stumbled across this roadhouse to grab a bite for lunch on our way to Murray Bridge. What a gem!
Firstly, the ladies working there were so friendly and welcoming!! The restaurant was clean and adorned with beautifully framed local photographs.
Great coffee and the food was amazing!!
These ladies need to go down to Melbourne to show them how a real kebab is made!! Serves were extremely generous too!

A friend of a friend told us of this lovely community run roadhouse in Kaniva.

We do an annual road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide, and we always refuel at KCR and order their delicious chips.

Lovely staff, great food and clean toilets - Support this local community.

Fuel, food or just a place to stop for a drink. Will recommend the steak sandwich to everyone. Its also where the Firefly Night and V/Line Daylink Coach's stop here in Kaniva.

These were some dang clean toilets. I could have eaten my chips cheese and gravy off of these toilets. I did not eat my chips cheese and gravy off of these toilets, but if I had to eat my chips cheese and gravy off of any toilet? These would be the toilets for that.
