Dr. Gwendolyn was exceptional in her approach and expertise, providing a level of care and services beyond our expectations. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions and provided us with personalized advice that was tailored to our toddler's specific needs. Her warm and friendly demeanor made our toddler feel comfortable and at ease, which is always a top priority for any parent.

Called to book in an appointment as a new patient. Receptionist was extremely friendly and listened to my concerns. Booked me in with Dr Kamale, who was very experienced and had excellent bedside manner, carefully explaining his diagnosis in an easily digestible and concise way. Overall impressed with the clinic and would recommend.

Dr Jon Teo is the best! Very friendly, caring and informative. Great with children. Very happy with the clinic and our Dr. Thank you very much Myhealth Team :)

I cannot recommend Dr Yip highly enough. My family and I have been seeing him for over 2 years, he is patient, always makes time, listens & is thorough when doing examinations. I have never experienced a long wait period. Any time we have had bloods taken it has been quick & painless.

The staffs are friendly and caring.i called to make a booking for this afternoon , they were fully booked and the receptionist asked me what wrong and I explained to her that my son had a fall yesterday at school and she straight away booked me in for 3.50pm slot. The Doctors are very good. Highly recommended . Can give them more than 5 stars. ***********

Nice and clean place with amazing staff . I've been visiting DR Gwendolyn Liow for a year now. She is very friendly and listens patiently to all my concerns. She is very thorough and I feel totally satisfied and cared for after every appointment. Thank you Dr. Gwen. I also love the online booking option. So convenient.

It's was my first visit in Myhealth Medical Eastland today. It was just an amazing experience. The receptionists are really very welcoming and friendly, the doctors are very kind and easygoing. It has two venues one in level 3 and another in level 1. It has enough space to keep patients waiting and very clear environment as well.

Osteopath Monique is very personable and great at her work. She has a accurate recall of your history and is excellent at using many techniques working throughout the body. I always leave feeling better! So much nicer than if I've tried to relieve aches with a massage, as this always leaves me sore.

I just saw Dr Ameer Shehab and he is such a caring doctor! Very professional and went out of his way to resolved my skin tag( which is the 2nd issue I brought up during the appointment)

Very great medical clinic. Doctor Yip is incredibly smart and very patient while being very willing to help and assist. The reception ladies are great especially the girl named Jess! She's always nice on the phone. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr Luke since January 2017. He is a General Practitioner and he can also do Acupuncture. I do not trust any Acupuncture in Melbourne but Dr Luke who I can highly recommend to anyone. All doctors are very patient and professional. I have had very bad experience in a couple of medical centres in Ringwood. I am sure who has visited those medical centres and they only see you within a second and give you a prescription and not interested in listening what other medical problems you have.

We have been to this clinic a few times now. Bulk billed which is fantastic. Can book the doctor of your choice online, and have waited less then 5-10 minutes everytime. There has been avalibility everytime ive tried to book
Drs have been pleasant too, not rushed and take the time to explain and answer any questions you might have. This clinic is also very clean. Recommend.

Very happy experience with this medical centre for my mom's appointment today ! Receptionist, a Chinese young girl, is very lovely and friendly! Dr Luke Liu is fantastic, very professional and patient. btw, some foods and drinks for free today!

Dr Chee Khen Mok was really informative. He took extra time to explain things and ensure I understood everything. It was a one off visit but I will definitely go back and recommend him to others. He was a very personable doctor. Clinic was on time and easy to register as new patient.

Stumbled upon this clinic yesterday as I walked past and visited today. Very lovely space with very pleasant, kind and informed staff. It's fantastic as well that you have the opportunity to book appointments for a bulk billing doctor. No need to wait!

Family now use this clinic over any other bulk billing doctors. They are professional and reasonably thorough with their assessments. 1 also provided holistic advice which is different to other docs who just prescribe meds without asking about lifestyle choices, etc. I found this somewhat reassuring but not sure if it was just that once or if it is a geneuinely incorporated practice thing they do. We use both private and bulkbilling services depending on what our issues are and how easy we can get in, etc. This center is easy to book with, walk-in is available (with minimal wait time, in comparison to others), and same day apts also available. Other staff there are friendly and willing to help if need be. Even though it is in eastland, it is tucked away at the top of the mall so gives it a little more privacy as opposed to some other clinics which are located in shopping malls. They are also open during the weekend.

pre-booking saves time, don't need to wait hours to see a doctor.
the doctor is super patient, willing to explain everything clear.
